The Boly Osaka Hotel

I had such a rough stay! The hot water was inconsistent, which made showering a real hassle. Plus, the heater didn't work at all. Honestly, for the price, I expected way better amenities and service. Totally disappointing!

Particularly good location to Tsuyunoten Shrine. A lot of options, fine food...

Stylish and cool hotel in a very quite area adjacent to subway stops, across from a convenience store, good size room, nice bathroom, wonderful and helpful staff, free coffee in the morning, amazing restaurants and beautiful river, and prefer to be far away from the throngs of tourists heading to Dotonbori. Good location to an Umeda department store

This hotel is really charming and perfectly placed by the riverbank. If you enjoy tranquility, it's a nice escape from the usual tourist chaos. The staff were super friendly, making my stay feel cute. I also loved the spacious room and the Bluetooth shower, which totally upgraded my morning routine.

But, wow, the Wi-Fi was a nightmare! It barely worked, which was frustrating for my business trip. Plus, the noise from a nearby bar was annoying, especially during the early morning hours. I expected a little more privacy and comfort considering the price. Not the best experience overall!

The room design beautifully combined Japanese minimalism with a modern loft style. The staff were genuinely warm and eager to assist.

The balcony could have been more comfortable with better seating arrangements, as having only one chair made it less inviting for cozy evenings overlooking the river.

The rooftop space provided a lovely backdrop for relaxation after a full day of exploring Osaka.

The location was spot-on, making it super easy to explore neighborhoods, bars, and restaurants. My room was impeccably clean and cozy, plus the bathroom had lovely products that made my stay extra special. Oh, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, even pointing me to the right train routes!

That said, the subway sounds were a bit noticeable, especially for light sleepers like me. The balcony could get a bit hot too, so a fan would have been nice. And yeah, maybe some more decor in the lobby could jazz things up a bit!

The room offered a lovely view, and the unique design blended traditional Japanese minimalism with modern flair. While the restaurant was great, service was slow. Minor issues aside, it was a wonderful family getaway, perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Kids Plaza Osaka and Nakanoshima Park.

Had a blast at Boly in Osaka! Super spacious room with a great river view. The staff were really nice, and having a Lawson across the street was a lifesaver. Just wished for a bit more breakfast variety!

I've stayed in osaka before, but boly exceeded my expectations! The rooftop space was perfect, and the room was spacious and clean. The super nice team.
